H. E. Dr. Ferozuddin Feroz, Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan inaugurated the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital.
The Intensive Care Unit of the Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital was constructed with standards and equipped with all modern medical equipment.
H. E. Dr. Ferozuddin Feroz, Minister of Public Health pointed out the inauguration of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Wazir Mohammad Akbar Khan Hospital as a good step towards improving health services delivery and put emphasis on standardizing and improving the quality of health services.
It is noteworthy that in this center, along with other medical devices, a central vacuum and air device was installed too, which produces Oxygen and medical air and there is no need to purchase Oxygen from outside.
