داکتر قلندر عباد سرپرست وزارت صحت عامه، امروز با آقای بهادر امینیان سفیر کشور ایران  در دفتر کارش دیدار نموده و روی همکاری های مشترک دو کشور در بخش های تکمیل کار شفاخانه ولایت بامیان، آموزش داکتران افغان در بخش سرطان، واردات دوا و استفاده از ساختارهای صحی کشور ایران گفتگو نمودند.

سرپرست وزارت صحت عامه، بر بهبود عرضه خدمات این کشور تاکید کرده و از سفیر کشور ایران خواست تا وزارت صحت عامه را در بخش های نامبرده همکاری نماید.
