د عامې روغتیا وزارت مالي او اداري مرستيال مولوي محمد اسحق صاحبزاده د جمعې په ورځ د ۱۴۴۴ کال د ربیع الاول د میاشتې په ۲۵ نیټه غزني ولایت ته د خپل سفر په ترڅ کې د غزني ولایت له والي سره وکتل اود روغتیایی ستونزو حل او د دې ولایت خلکو ته د روغتیایی خدماتو وړاندې کولو په هکله خبرې اترې وکړې.

 په دې کتنه کې د غزني والي مولوي محمد اسحق آخندزاده د افغانستان  د عامې روغتیا وزارت سره د روغتیايي چارو د ښه والي په موخه د هر ډول همکارۍ ژمنه وکړه او د صحي خدماتو له وړاندې کولو څخه يې په ياد ولايت کې خپله خوښي څرګنده کړه.
