دافغانستان دعامې روغتیاوزیرښاغلي ډاکټر قلندرعباددعمان هيواددروغتیاوزیرډاکټرهلال السبتي سره ولیدل:

 په دې لیدنه کې ښاغلي ډاکټر قلندر عباد د عمان د روغتیا وزیر دا ابتکار چې د ټولو هیوادونو د روغتیا او زراعت وزیران یې د Anti-microbial resistance  د تاثیراتو، لاملونو او حل لارو او واضح پالیسیو په اړه بحث ته را بللي وو ستاینه او مننه وکړه.

همداراز یې د عمان د روغتیا وزیر څخه  وغوښتل تر څو د افغان روغتیایی پرسونل په ارتقاء ظرفيت او د افغانستان د روغتيايي سکتور سره مرسته وکړي.

د عمان د روغتیا وزیر ښاغلي ډاکټر عباد او ورسره مل هیئت ته ښه راغلاست ووایه او زیاته یې کړه چې افغانستان زموږ ورور هیواد دی او په هر لحاظ زیات مشترکات ورسره لرو چې د روغتیایي پرسونل په ظرفیت لوړونه او د روغتیا په نورو برخو کې به همکار اوسو.
