 د کتلوي معافیت عمومي مدیریت نوې ودانۍ چې د یونیسیف په مالي مرسته جوړه شوې ده د عامې روغتیا وزیر ډاکټر قلندر عباد له لوري د ننګرهار د روغتيايي مسؤولینو په شتون کې د پټۍ په پریکولو سره رسماً افتتاح شوه. یاده ودانۍ چې په ډیر مجهز شکل سره جوړه شویده، د ختیځ زون لپاره د واکسینو ساتلو معیاري سوړ ځنځیر، اطاقونه، او د غونډو تالار لري او په مجهزو وسایلو سمباله ده.
