The competitive recruitment examination for the National Pharmacy Re-Registration Initiative was conducted for candidates from the eastern region, thereby advancing the project’s objective of standardising pharmaceutical services nationwide.

A cohort of 120 applicants from Kunar, Nangarhar, and Nuristan were given the examination at the Nangarhar Public Health Directorate, where the examination environment was arranged to ensure procedural order and regulatory compliance.

During the opening remarks, Alhajj Mawlawi Aminullah Sharif and Haseebullah Hadad welcomed the applicants, underscoring the integrity of the evaluation process and urging participants to approach each item with methodical rigour.

This examination series, initiated last week in the central region, will proceed sequentially across all zones, thereby ensuring a phased and coherent implementation of the national programme.
