Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) to construct a 50 bed Hospital in Sar Hawza District of Paktika

MoPH believes that the insurgents violated the sanctity of the clinic by bringing their guns into the clinic. The insurgents hid the weapons under their clothes and they were the first to fire.
