These health centers include OPD, maternal and child health, obstetrics and gynecology, vaccination, mental health, nutrition, and pharmacy departments, which will provide regular services to the communities.

During the inauguration of these centers, the Director of Public Health of Nangarhar, Mawlawi Aminullah Sharif, stated that the people of Kot had suffered greatly during the wars and have received special attention since the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) came to power. He added that currently, 14 health centers are providing services in the area and also urged communities to help protect and maintain these facilities.
