Deputy Minister of Health Services, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, during his official trip to Nangarhar province, visited Bibi Fatima-u-Zahra Hospital

The visit, which aimed to reach the victims of the recent earthquake in the provinces of Kunar, Laghman, and Nuristan, included meetings with domestic and foreign health officials. The Deputy Minister also paid visits to the central and regional hospitals of the province.
His Excellency Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, Deputy Minister for Health Services at the Ministry of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, emphasized that health workers must reach the earthquake-stricken people and fulfill their responsibilities with honesty and dedication. He further urged them to treat patients with patience and resilience, and to provide health services with the highest efficiency and care.
However, the Deputy Minister for Health Services urged health personnel to support their countrymen during these critical days, to show sympathy, and not to withhold any assistance they may need.
In response, the Deputy Minister for Health Services, Abdul Wali Haqqani, expressed his gratitude to the health personnel at the hospital and health centers for their tireless efforts in delivering health services.”
