په همدې موخه جوړو شویو مراسمو کې د لغمان والي شیخ شیر احمد حقاني، د عامې روغتیا رئیس ډاکټر سمیع الله عابد نیازي او د ولایتي ادارو یو شمېر نورو مسؤلینو ګډون کړی و.

د لغمان عامې روغتیا رئیس وویل: " یاده ودانۍ په دوه پوړیز ډول د اسلامي امارت له داخلي بودیجې په درې میاشتو کې جوړیږي او د ۱۵ خونو سربېره به اړین طبي تجهیزات هم ولري، چې په جوړېدو سره به یې د عاجلو ناروغانو روغتیايي ستونزې تر ډېره حل شي".
