مسوولان ریاست صحت‌عامه ولایت های فاریاب و کاپیسا از تعدادی دواخانه ها، مراکز صحی و معاینه خانه ها نظارت نمودند، که در نتیجه آن سه باب دواخانه به دلیل نقض قوانین صحی مسدود گردید و همچنان ۴۰ قلم ادویه تاریخ گذشته نیز جمع آوری و به خاطر از بین بردن به محل مربوطه آن انتقال داده شد.
