یاد نظارت چې موخه یې د هېواد په دولتي او خصوصي روغتونونو کې د روغتیایي خدمتونو کیفیت لوړل، هېوادوالو ته په معیاري توګه د روغتیايي خدمتونو وړاندې کول او د چارو شفافیت دی، په ترڅ کې ډاکټر کریم الله حلیمي د کابل ولایت "AOAD" مؤسسې ورټیکل پروژې ټولو برخو څخه له نږدې لیدنه وکړه او اړوندو مسؤلینو ته یې د یادې مؤسسې د ستونزو د حل په موخه لازمې سپارښتنې وکړې.

د یادونې وړ ده، چې د "AOAD" مؤسسې ورټیکل پروژه په افغانستان کې د جګړې د قربانیانو، معلولیت لرونکو کسانو فزیکي بیارغونې او د رواني مشورو مسؤلیت په غاړه لري.
