Officials responsible for monitoring and inspecting medicines, health products, and food items under the Ministry of Public Health carried out this inspection to control prices, prevent hoarding and monopolization, ensure quality, and enforce health regulations. As a result, two pharmacies were closed for failing to comply with official invoicing requirements, overpricing medicines, and operating without a technical supervisor.

The Ministry of Public Health urges all pharmacy managers to continue their operations in compliance with health regulations.
