هدف وظیفه:

پختن مقدار کافی وبه وقت وقت معین غذای با کیفیت براي تمام مريضان داخل بستر –پرسونل و نوکريوالان شفاخانه و همچنان حفظ و مراقبت از آشپزخانه و نگهداشت طعام خانه بصورت پاک و منظم برای همیشه  

مسولیت ها:

• ايفاي وظيفه براي شفاخانه در ساعات رسمي کار
• پختن مقدار کافی وبه وقت معین غذای با کیفیت براي تمام مريضان داخل بستر– پرسونل و نوکريوالان شفاخانه مطابق هدايت مديرت تهیه و تدارکات
• مسوول محافظت و نگهداشت غذا مطابق به روش هاي حفظ الصحوي
• اخذ مواد غذائی مطابق تعداد مریضان ونورم ، طبخ وتوزیع ان به مریضان ونوکریوالان شفاخانه
• جابجا نمودن درست ضايعات و آلوده گي ها محصول آشپرخانه مطابق هدايات مدير اداري و در توافق با رهنمودها
• انجام دادن نوکريوالي شبانه مطابق جدول نوکريوالي
• پرهیز از توزیع غذا مغایر نورم برای افراد واشخاص غیر واجد
• مراعات نمودن شرايط حفظ الصحه شخصي و آشپزخانه مطابق رهنمود پاليسي ملي وقايه انتان
• ارائه پیشنهادات به مدیریت اداری درمورد بهبود امور مربوط آشپزخانه
• اجراي امور هدايات داده شده توسط مدير اداري
• تهيه غذا مورد نياز روز مره بطورصحي و نگهداشتن طعام خانه وآشپزخانه بصورت پاک و منظم و به تن داشتن لباس آشپزی درساعات کاری برای همیشه
• درصورت ضرورت اجراء نمودن وظیفه در خارج از ساعات کاری درشفاخانه
• ايفاي هر وظيفة ديگر مطابق به دستور مديریت اداري شفاخانه

معیارات لازم شمولیت و شایستگی ها:

• صادق، راستکار و قابل اعتماد و نظافت پسندباشد
• قدرت افهام و تفهيم به زبان هاي مروج در محل داشته باشند
• برای باسواد (ترجیح داده میشود)

ÿ Copy of verified Master degree by Ministry of Higher Education 
B. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira: Only the pages that show picture and Tazkira number, pages, place of issue and date of issue)
