هدف وظیفه: 

عرضه خدمات مطابق معيارات به مريضان نيازمند نظربه هدايت داکتر

مکلفیت و مسئولیت های وظیفوی:

• پيشبرد امورمربوطه و مساعد ساختن تمام زمينه ها درابطه به ترانسفيوژن و معاینات لابراتواری
• حاصل نمودن اطمينان از حفط ومراقبت تعمير و لوازم مربوطه
• پرهيز از اعمال و اجرآت غير قانوني
• مراعات نمودن تمام مقررات و دسپلين شفاخانه 
• جمع آوري ارقام بخش مربوطه
• ابراز نظر براي بهبود کاربخش بانک خون/لابراتوار به اداره شفاخانه
• انجام نو کريوالي 24 ساعته طبق تقسيم اوقات که از طرف اداره شفاخانه تهيه شده است
• مراعات نمودن جدي تمام شرايط وقايه انتان و مراعات نمودن يونيفورم طبي در اوقات رسمي
• اشتراک در مجالس کميته فرعي اجرات و کار رايي بخش مربوطه خويش
• تعقيب تطبيق و مراعات نمودن جدي ستندرد هاي تعين شده در بخش مر بوطه
• اشتراک فعال درارزيابي ربع وار سنتدرد هاي تعين شده دربخش مربوطه
• اشتراک در تهيه پلان کاري ستندرد ها مطابق ارزيابي ربع وار و تعقيب پلان کاري تهيه شده

شايستگي ها (Qualification)

• فراغت از بخش تکنالوژي عالي طبي انستیتوت های علوم صحی تایید شده وزارت صحت عامه و یا تحصیلات عالی
• حد اقل یک سال تجربه کاری .
• مهارت خوب در مذاکره و تفاهم
• تسلط بر زبان هاي ملي ودانستن زبان انگلسي ارجحيت دارد

شرایط شارت لست شدن :

 کاندیدان محترم که کاپی؛

• سند (دیپلوم) تحصیلی تائید شده توسط وزارت صحت عامه ویا وزارت تحصیلات عالی
• کاپی تذکره تابعیت
• خویش را با CV ضم ننموده باشد، شارت لست نمیگردند.
