Bid Opening Held for the Construction of a General Hospital in Darayam District of Badakhshan Province

The process was conducted in the presence of Dr. Zahir Mohammad Mangal, Director of Mobile Health Centers at the Ministry of Public Health, along with representatives from the Finance and Accounts, Procurement, Infrastructure and Construction, and Forensic Medicine Directorates, as well as several construction companies.

Dr. Zahir Mohammad Mangal stated, “This process is fully transparent, and we expect the company that takes over the project to carry out their work promptly, in line with the guidelines and conditions set by MoPH. As this is a public project, we will closely monitor every step of its implementation.”

The construction company representatives pledged that, if successful in the bid, they would adhere to the guidelines and conditions of the Ministry of Public Health while carrying out the work.

It is important to highlight that the Ministry of Public Health is undertaking an extensive nationwide initiative to establish general hospitals across all 318 districts, with the procurement processes for this large-scale project actively progressing.
