Herat, Afghanistan – Mawlawi Abdulwali Haqqani, the Deputy Minister of Health Services at the Ministry of Public Health, accompanied by his delegation, conducted an official visit to the 150-bed addiction treatment facility in Herat.

During the visit, Haqqani commended the healthcare professionals for their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts in providing essential services to individuals battling addiction.
