MoPH Conducts Inspections of Private Health Facilities in Kabul

Dr. Karimullah Halimi, Director of Health Services Monitoring and Inspection of the MoPH, and a joint monitoring committee conducted inspections of several private hospitals and clinics in Kabul’s District 8.

The monitoring, aimed at improving health service quality and transparency, Dr. Karimullah Halimi and his team inspected private hospitals and clinics in Kabul, including emergency units,wards, laboratories, and pharmacies, to assess service standards.

Hospital permits and legal documents were also reviewed, existing issues and gaps identified, and necessary recommendations shared with relevant officials to ensure the provision of safe, standard, and high-quality health services in line with Ministry of Public Health Directive No. 1084.
