A one-day seminar was convened to elucidate the uniform policy for health employees within both the public and private sectors nationwide. Organized by the Private Sector Regulation and Coordination Department, this event took place in the Hall of the Public Health Directorate in Herat Province.

In attendance were public health officials from Herat as well as the heads of 64 hospitals. The seminar addressed the significance of the uniform policy in light of the Islamic Emirate’s regulations concerning the attire of both male and female health workers, ensuring compliance with Islamic law.

Dr. Zubair Arshad, representing the Herat Hospitals Union, expressed his appreciation to the Ministry of Public Health for devising and structuring the uniform policy, which meets all requirements stipulated by Islamic principles for both genders.

Moreover, all participants pledged to expedite the implementation and enforcement of this policy at the earliest opportunity.
