Post objective:                                 To monitor and evaluate from the whole all activities related to COVID-19 in Kabul and provinces

Duties:                

  • Provide M&E plan (quarterly, semiannual, annual) for hospitals and RRTs’ activities
  • M&E control for any possible petty corruption
  •  Monitor the reports from COVID-19 hospitals about received suspected cases/ their lab tests/ admission and status
  • Monitor the COViD-19 wards in coordination with other related directorates (General curative medicine directorates …0
  •  Monitor the RRT’s activities in Kabul and other provinces
  •  Submit the monitoring report to Senior Technical Advisor/ director weekly and monthly
  • Conduct quick customer/ patient satisfaction survey
  • implementation of M&E plan quarterly, semiannual, annually
  • Any other task assigned by his/her supervisor

Profile

Background/training:     Bachelor degree in any health related programs

Experience:                        4 years’ experience in the related field, having experience related to M&E of RRTs during the pandemic is preferred

Management skills:        ability to direct, guide and supervise a diverse group of people and to

                                                Coordinate activities of different health players
