Daikundi Public Health Directorate Conducts Inspections of Food Facilities and Pharmacies

Over the past month, the Monitoring and Inspection Team of the Daikundi Provincial Public Health Directorate conducted inspections of various food facilities across the province.

The inspections covered 22 restaurants, 4 supermarkets, 255 food shops, 6 cosmetic shops, 1 food warehouse, 5 pharmacies, and 15 wholesale food stores. During the inspections, 17 food items and 27 types of expired medicines were collected.

Notably, several pharmacies were closed due to the absence of professional staff and health cards.
