The Deputy Minister of Healthcare Services Delivery at the Ministry of Public Health under the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, accompanied by his delegation, convened a high-level meeting with representatives of implementing organizations during his official visit to Kapisa Province.

During the meeting, H. E. Haqqani outlined clear directives for the representatives, urging them to expedite the resolution of existing challenges and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare service delivery across the province.

He underscored the imperative for these organizations to execute their assigned duties with utmost diligence, maintain the highest standards of transparency in their operations, and place significant emphasis on capacity-building programs aimed at empowering healthcare professionals.
