Minister of Public Health Lays Foundation for Modern Healthcare Facility in Kunar Province

The Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, officiated the groundbreaking ceremony for a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, valued at five million Afghanis, in the Tisha locality of Asadabad, Kunar province.

The occasion was graced by distinguished attendees, including His Excellency the Minister himself, Kunar's Public Health Director Qari Muzaffar Khan Mukhlis, tribal elders, religious scholars, heads of various institutions, and members of the local community.

Addressing the audience, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali reaffirmed the government’s commitment to delivering exemplary healthcare services and underscored the critical importance of the facility in addressing the healthcare needs of the Tisha region.

This initiative, financed by a national benefactor, is projected to benefit approximately 15,000 residents, marking a substantial milestone in the province's healthcare infrastructure.
