ریاست ارتقا ظرفیت و انکشاف اداره وزارت صحت عامه برنامه آموزشی IPC را برای ۲۵ تن که از ولایات مختلف کشور اشتراک کرده بودند در تالار شفاخانه صحت طفل راه اندازی نمود.
این برنامه آموزشی به همکاری مالی سازمان صحی جهان تمویل شده است و مدت چهار روز ادامه داشت.
