Kabul — The Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Public Health, Mawlawi Bakht-ur-Rahman Sharafat, paid an official visit to Noor National and Specialized Eye Hospital in Kabul, where he was received by the hospital’s Director, Al-Haj Ranzormal Dr. Zahir Gul Zadran. The visit included a comprehensive tour of various specialized departments within the hospital.

During the inspection, Deputy Minister Sharafat evaluated the healthcare services provided, assessed the quality of service delivery, reviewed operational discipline, and examined the overall administrative coordination within the institution.
