Minister of Public Health Meets Jawzjan Governor to Discuss Healthcare Expansion

Kabul, Afghanistan – H.E. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan at his office, held an official meeting with Gul Haidar Shafaq, Governor of Jawzjan province, to discuss key issues related to healthcare development in the region.

During the meeting, both sides held constructive discussions on the establishment of new hospitals, the provision of high-quality healthcare services, and the overall expansion of health infrastructure in the province.

Governor Shafaq emphasized the urgent need for building new hospitals in several districts, upgrading existing health centers, and enhancing the quality and reach of healthcare services across Jawzjan.

Minister Jalali reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to improving healthcare services and assured that, following a comprehensive assessment of the current health situation in the province, necessary changes would be implemented and appropriate support would be provided to address the identified needs.
