In Uruzgan, authorities seized 11 types of expired medication. In Nangarhar, two pharmacies were shut down for operating illegally. Meanwhile, in Khost, four pharmacies were closed for dispensing antipsychotic drugs without valid prescriptions.

During the inspections, health officials also provided guidance on improving service quality and ensuring compliance with regulations. Facilities failing to meet these standards will face legal consequences.
