Private Health Sector Monitored in Laghman and Paktika

Health officials in Laghman and Paktika inspected several private-sector pharmacies to ensure compliance with regulations. During the inspections, 20 types of expired medicines were identified, collected, and transported to designated sites for safe disposal.

Additionally, in Kharana, Paktika’s capital, 30 pharmacies received official guidelines from the Ministry of Public Health. Pharmacy owners were given one month to comply with the regulations.
