Solar Power System Inaugurated at 20-Bed Hospital in Ruyi Du Ab, Samangan
A 100-kilowatt solar power system was inaugurated at the 20-bed hospital in the presence of Mawlawi Lutfullah Habibi, Director of Public Health of Samangan, representatives of partner organizations, and local elders.
Implemented with financial and technical support from the UNDP office at an estimated cost of 150,000 US dollars, the project ensures sustainable electricity access for the hospital.
The Director of Public Health, expressing his gratitude to the partner organizations, described the project as instrumental in improving health services and emphasized the importance of proper maintenance and effective use of the system.
