30 Tons of Expired and Substandard Goods and Medicines Disposed of in Laghman Province

The mentioned goods and medicines, with an estimated value of 5,571,291 Afghanis, had been collected over the past six months by the monitoring and inspection officials of the Laghman Provincial Public Health Directorate. They were disposed of in the presence of the Public Health Directorate and several other officials.

Dr. Samiullah Abid Niazi, Director of Laghman Public Health, stated that monitoring and inspection officials will continue their ongoing activities to prevent the sale of any substandard or expired medicines, food, and other harmful substances in order to protect public health.
