Minister of Public Health Meets Nuristan Governor to Discuss Healthcare Improvements and 30-Bed Hospital Completion

In his office, the Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, met with the Governor of Nuristan.

During the meeting, Nuristan Governor Qari Zain-Ul-Abideen shared updates on the province’s health sector and presented proposals to improve healthcare services.

He also briefed the Minister on the construction of a 30-bed hospital in the provincial canter, noting that the project is nearing completion.

His Excellency the Minister assured that the identified challenges will be addressed and that the operations of General Hospitals (GHs) in the province will begin soon.
