Minister of Public Health Stresses Standardization and Transparency in Paramedical Education During Meeting with Private Health Institutes

Kabul, Afghanistan – The Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, convened a formal meeting with senior officials from the Directorate of Coordination of Private Health Sciences Institutes.

The session was also attended by Mawlawi Bakht-ur-Rahman Sharafat, Deputy Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Haleem, Chief of Staff at the Minister’s Office.

During the meeting, in-depth discussions were held regarding the quality assurance of paramedical education, the enhancement of academic processes, the standardization of private sector institutions, and the transparency of examinations, alongside other pertinent matters.

His Excellency Jalali underscored the importance of establishing robust standards for paramedical education as a foundation for delivering effective and high-quality healthcare services. He issued clear directives to the responsible officials, urging them to enhance both transparency and educational standards, and to ensure the alignment of training programs with national healthcare needs.
