Monitoring activities carried out by public health officials in these provinces resulted in the seizure of 80 kilograms of expired medicines in Farah Province, which were subsequently transported to the central warehouse for disposal. Additionally, two pharmacies were closed for violating health regulations, and one pharmacy in Kunar Province was shut down for operating without a valid license.

Furthermore, necessary recommendations were provided to the relevant officials to prevent the sale of substandard products and forged prescriptions, and to ensure compliance with health regulations in order to protect public health and prevent the provision of substandard services.
