A one-day workshop was conducted for 100 pickle vendors to promote hygiene practices

Organized by the Ministry of Public Health’s Food and Drug Deputy Ministery, this training took place in Kabul, focusing on hygiene maintenance and disease prevention for officials and vendors from pickle production companies.
Trainers provided comprehensive information on standard pickle production and hygiene practices through a structured presentation. The goal was to encourage participants to apply what they learned, ensure the production of high-quality pickles, and prioritize hygiene to prevent disease outbreaks.
