A three-day food safety training seminar for 300 bolani (traditional Afghan pastry) makers has begun

The seminar, organized by the Food and Drug Deputy Ministry (FDDM) of the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), started for food vendors (bolani makers) in Kabul. It will run for three days, providing participants with essential lessons on food safety and health care.

Dr. Naeemullah Ayoubi, the Director General (DG) of the Food Safety Directorate (FSD), welcomed the participants and stressed the importance of the seminar. He encouraged them to apply what they learn to improve the health and safety of the public.
