In a formal ceremony, Mawlawi Mohammad Dawood Mansoori, Director of International Relations, Aid Coordination, and Integration at the Ministry of Public Health, emphasized that institutional restructuring, strategic realignment, and adherence to executive directives are cornerstones of effective governance. In line with the executive decree from the esteemed Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Dr. Mohammad Wali Ahmadzai was officially appointed as the Director of Public Health for Takhar Province.
