Hemodialysis Unit Opens at 250-Bed Ghor Provincial Hospital

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Abdul Wahid Hamas, Provincial Public Health Director; a representative of the Governor’s Office, officials from partner institutions, as well as doctors and healthcare staff.

Abdul Wahid Hamas described the inauguration of the Hemodialysis Department as an important step in improving healthcare and saving the lives of patients with kidney failure. He also emphasized the continued cooperation of partner organizations and the further development of healthcare services.

Ghor Provincial Hospital officials, expressing their gratitude for the support received, called the commencement of the department an essential step, noting that patients will no longer need to travel to other provinces and that quality healthcare will now be available locally.
