The Health Law Monitoring Team, under the leadership of Dr. Samiullah Abid Niazi, the Director of the Public Health Department of Laghman Province, conducted monitoring activities at six private laboratories, eleven private dental offices, and twelve private doctor's offices in Mehtarlam city center.

As a result of this monitoring, the office of a female doctor was sealed due to illegal practices, and she was advised to align her health services with the principles outlined by the Ministry of Public Health.
