A joint meeting was held between representatives of the Ministry of Public Health and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs

The Directorate General of Planning and Policy of the Ministry of Public Health held a meeting with the directorates of Preventive Medicine, Curative Medicine, and Health Economics and Funding, along with the Child Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, to finalize a draft agreement on providing healthcare services for children and vulnerable individuals in orphanages and support centers.

The Director of the Child Protection Directorate, Mawlawi Najibullah Waqad, thoroughly reviewed the draft agreement, while participants shared their technical views and suggestions. After incorporating the necessary amendments, the agreement was finalized and approved by both sides.

Participants emphasized strengthening bilateral cooperation in providing health and support services for children and vulnerable groups, ensuring effective implementation of the agreement, and maintaining coordination to improve their health and social well-being.
