During the meeting, His Excellency highlighted the importance of health system reform, joint monitoring, sufficiency of the health sector, standardization of health services at the village and district levels, and the provision of comprehensive health services. He stressed the need for concerted efforts in these areas in his address.

Furthermore, His Excellency urged his international partners to streamline expenses and improve the efficiency of aid distribution to ensure it reaches the people correctly and promptly.

He emphasized that minimizing administrative expenses would positively impact overall health service expenditures.

Additionally, he underscored the significance of releasing frozen capital and properties in Afghanistan. Doing so, he argued, would facilitate improvements in maternal and child health, foster the independence of Afghanistan's health system, and contribute to the standardization and development of health services, with the support of international stakeholders.
