The Ministry of Public Health conducts an examination for vacant seats of specialized program through open competition

In this examination, with 465 vacant seats, key figures including the Minister of Public Health, His Excellency Dr Qalandar Ebad; the head of the specialized department, Dr Muhammad Haider Omar; and the head of the National Examinations Department, Alhaj Abdulbaqi Haqani, were present. Out of the 6220 participants, comprising 5020 men and 1200 women, individuals were assessed in various medical departments under the supervision of caregivers and teachers.

Minister of Public Health, His Excellency Dr. Qalandar Ebad, closely listened to the opinions and suggestions of the exam participants. In addition to ensuring the transparency of the examinations, he expressed confidence in the success of the participants and stated that the Ministry of Public Health is committed to conducting the specialized program examination twice a year. This initiative aims to increase the number of specialists in hospitals and provide standard healthcare services to citizens.

On the other hand, Dr. Muhammad Haider Omar, the head of the Specialized Department, added that the Ministry of Public Health is striving to compete with advanced countries by training more specialists in the field of healthcare. This effort aims to enable the country to provide comprehensive standard healthcare services to hospitalized patients. The Head of Specialization further stated, "In the near future, 350 doctors will be accepted for specialized training in various medical fields through open competition at the Jamhoriyat Hospital, and in addition, the Ministry of Public Health is sending many doctors abroad for specialized training."
