Monitoring of the Private Healthcare Sector carried out in Paktia

In a recent inspection conducted by officials from the Paktia Public Health Directorate, several pharmacies, clinics, and treatment centers in Gardez city were monitored. As a result of the inspection, two pharmacies were closed for non-compliance with health regulations. Additionally, 67 expired medications were confiscated and sent for proper disposal.

Clinic staff were also provided with essential recommendations to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients.
