The National Development and Policy Committee of the Ministry of Public Health convened a meeting with the participation of Dr. Abdulazim Ahmadzai, a specialist in planning and reporting at the Planning Presidency, technical officials from the Ministry of Public Health, representatives from the World Health Organization, the United Nations Population Fund, and UNICEF.

During this meeting, the participants reviewed the previous development and policy process of the health sector and presented their opinions and suggestions for its improvement, implementation, and finalization.

Furthermore, it was decided in the continuation of this meeting that in order to implement and adapt the development and policy plan of the health sector, the involved departments would finalize their tasks so that they could be prepared and aligned within the next three months.
