Accompanied by the Director of Public Health of Herat, Mawlawi Mohammad Talib Shahid, the MoPH closely reviewed the progress of the hospital’s construction and urged the relevant officials to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the required standards and that the work is carried out with due attention to quality and timely progress.

The Minister of Public Health also emphasized the importance of constructing and expanding healthcare facilities in strengthening the country’s health system, describing the Afghan businessman’s investment in the health sector as a valuable contribution to serving the people.

The Minister emphasized that the establishment of such healthcare facilities will further expand access to quality healthcare services for children and play an important role in meeting the healthcare needs of the communities.

It is worth noting that the foundation stone for the hospital was laid last year by the Minister of Public Health and his accompanying delegation, and construction is progressing rapidly.
