Minister of Public Health undertakes an official visit to the National and Specialized Hospital of Estiqlal

His Excellency Dr Qalandar Ebad, the Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, undertook an official visit to the National and Specialized Hospital of Estiqlal to assess healthcare provisions.

 

His Excellency Ebad meticulously inspected all departments of the National and Specialized Hospital of Estiqlal, commending the healthcare initiatives and seeking updates on their efficacy. He lauded the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to the populace.

 

During discussions, the Minister listened to the grievances of healthcare professionals at the hospital and pledged comprehensive solutions. He hailed healthcare workers as stalwarts of the health domain, affirming endeavors to enhance domestic healthcare capacity by dispatching numerous physicians for specialized training abroad.

 

Regarding healthcare personnel remuneration, His Excellency Ebad articulated, "We have formulated a bill as part of a structured agenda, whereby next year, the remuneration of all healthcare workers will be augmented in accordance with their educational attainment. This initiative will be implemented."
