د عامې روغتیا وزیر، ښاغلي مولوي نور جلال جلالي یاد روغتون د کونړ او نورستان ولایتونو ناروغانو روغتیايي ستونزو ته د رسېدو او درملنې په برخه کې اړین وباله او په راتلونکي کې یې د دغه روغتون د تعمیر د نیمګړو چارو د بشپړېدو ډاډ ورکړ.

د نوموړي روغتون د تعمیر ۷۰ فیصده چارې بشپړې شوي او په راتلونکي کې به یې  د هیواد د نورو نیمه پاتې پروژو تر څنګ نیمګړې چارې تکمیل او ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شي.
