During his official visit to Paktia province, the Minister of Public Health, Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, engaged with provincial health officials, medical personnel, and key representatives from the private sector.

In this detailed consultation, which included the participation of Dr. Miraj Gul, the Director of Public Health for Paktia, a multitude of critical challenges within the healthcare sector were discussed. These challenges encompassed the urgent requirement for advanced medical equipment in intensive care units, the timely procurement and distribution of essential medicines and medical supplies to hospitals, staffing shortages, and concerns regarding the integrity and quality of pharmaceuticals. The Ministry's leadership was assured that comprehensive and timely interventions would be implemented to resolve these pressing concerns.

Additionally, the Minister offered pivotal recommendations to healthcare professionals, emphasizing the importance of addressing patient care issues holistically to ensure the highest standards of treatment and care.
