آمریت نظارت و بررسی ریاست صحتعامه ولایت هرات، از ۷ باب فابریکه تولیدی مواد شوینده واقع شهرک صنعتی و ۲ باب دواخانه واقع در ناحیه های چهارم و سوم این ولایت نظارت نمودند.
این نظارت که از طرف تیم نظارت و بررسی ریاست صحتعامه صورت گرفت، در نتیجه آن، ۲ باب دواخانه به دلیل عدم ارائه اسناد مسدود و ۲ باب فابریکه به دلیل عدم ارائه اسناد مهرولاک گردیدند.
