ساختمان سه مرکز صحی به هزینه حدود ۲۵ میلیون افغانی در ولسوالی‌های بغنی و باغران ولایت هلمند، ایجاد و به بهره‌برداری سپرده شد.
این ساختمان‌ها با حمایت مالی مؤسسه IOM اعمار گردیده و با آغاز فعالیت آن‌ها، دسترسی باشنده گان ولسوالی‌های بغنی و باغران به خدمات اولیه و اساسی صحی آسان‌تر شده و بیماران می‌توانند بدون مشکلات زیاد، خدمات صحی را در نزدیکی محل زنده گی‌شان دریافت نمایند.
