Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi Visits Central Blood Bank and Reviews Blood Services and Patient Care Programs

The Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration Affairs of the Ministry of Public Health, Qari Abdul Wali Siddiqi, accompanied by a delegation, visited the Central Blood Bank and observed the delivery of services.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister commended the efforts of the Central Blood Bank staff and emphasized improving the quality of services, providing standardized services to clients, and strengthening coordination.

In addition, officials of the Central Blood Bank provided the Deputy Minister with an overview of the bank’s services, blood safety and storage practices, blood distribution, blood component separation, and the services provided to patients suffering thalassemia and hemophilia.
